Paper Strip Extraction

Low-Dust Filling Station for Tissue Trim Waste

This stationary filling solution enables low-dust conveying and collection of tissue trim waste using a cutting fan and an air volume flow of 1,100 Nm³/h. Separation of air and conveyed material is achieved via a cyclone separator. The material falls directly into a 1000-liter container, which is manually docked and precisely aligned using integrated positioning guides.

A lid with a laminated safety glass viewing window allows visual monitoring of the fill level. Integrated venting areas equipped with antistatic filters ensure a dust-free environment. The connection between the lid and the cyclone is made via an antistatic compensator that absorbs movement and minimizes electrostatic charge.

A downstream antistatic filter captures fine dust and light residual material. The generously sized filter area keeps system backpressure low. A dust collection box mounted at the filter outlet can be easily removed and vacuumed for cleaning.

This system provides an efficient, safe, and clean method for filling electrostatically charged lightweight materials into existing container systems.

Plastic Chip Extraction

The stationary extraction system consists of a high-performance extraction fan and three separate separation containers, enabling the efficient suction and separation of continuous plastic chips generated by lathes.

The chips are captured directly at the cutting point between workpiece and tool and are collected separately by machine type into individual containers. Each separator is equipped with large viewing windows to allow continuous monitoring of the fill level. When the container is opened, the plastic chips fall directly into an on-site baling press, where they can be compacted into pallet-sized bales and strapped for further handling.

Special attention was given to the dissipation of static electricity during the design phase. All components are conductively interconnected, and large grounding lugs have been provided for integration into the site’s main grounding system.

Cartridge Filters
