HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air, ULPA for Ultra Low Penetration Air. The filter cells consist of a very fine, pleated filter medium that reliably retains particles in the sub-micrometer range.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an extraction system, HEPA\/ULPA filter units are usually installed as the final stage after the <a href=\"https:\/\/ratec-systems.com\/en\/cartridge-filters\/\">cartridge filter<\/a>.
