From there, a pipe network runs to all extraction points in production halls, workshops or along production lines. The dust is captured right at the source, carried away through the pipes and separated in stages in the central unit. The cleaned air leaves the system via the fan.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To make sure every extraction point receives the suction it needs, <a href=\"https:\/\/ratec-systems.com\/en\/suction-manifold\/\">suction manifolds<\/a> distribute the airflow evenly. Points that are not in use are closed by <a href=\"https:\/\/ratec-systems.com\/en\/butterfly-valve\/\">butterfly valves<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/ratec-systems.com\/en\/sniffle-valves-leakage-air-valves\/\">sniffle valves<\/a> keep the suction constant and reduce energy consumption. <\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"filterstufen-nach-bedarf\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filter stages as required<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system shown in the pictures is just one example from a customer project.
