a) When Visiting the Website

When you visit our website https://ratec-systems.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in so-called log files. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

Our website is based on WordPress.
The following plugins are used:

  • Advanced Custom Fields & Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual – for managing individual content fields

  • Bricksforge – for extended design features

  • WPML Multilingual CMS & WPML String Translation – for providing multilingual content

  • Statify – for privacy-friendly, locally stored access analysis (no cookies, no data transfer to third parties)

The plugins listed generally do not process personal data beyond what is technically necessary. Statify does not permanently store IP addresses and does not use cookies.

The hosting server is located in a data center within the German-speaking region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) and complies with GDPR requirements.
