How the workbench works
The work surface is a grid top through which air and dust are drawn downwards right at the workpiece. The rear wall extracts as well, so rising dust is also captured. From there, the air flows to the side-mounted filter cartridges, which retain the dust. The cleaned air is then released again.
To keep the cartridges performing over the long term, a microprocessor control cleans them automatically with compressed air. The dislodged dust falls into four discharge compartments arranged along the base. This keeps the suction power consistently high over long periods.

What workbenches with dust extraction are used for
Wherever dust is generated at the workstation: grinding, deburring, polishing, drilling or assembly, decanting and weighing powders, or cleaning components. The bench is suitable for individual workstations that do not have, or do not need, a connection to a central vacuum system.
