RATEC suction manifolds, also known as extraction manifolds or dust collection manifolds, split the airflow of your extraction system evenly across several extraction points. Every workstation and every machine gets exactly the suction it needs, even when several points run at the same time or the system is extended later. We design every manifold for your system and build it at our own plant in St. Veit an der Glan, Austria.

How suction manifolds work
The suction manifold sits between the ducts of the individual extraction points and the main duct to the filter unit. It combines the branch flows and, thanks to matched cross-sections and connections, makes sure the suction is distributed evenly across all outlets. Together with butterfly valves, individual points can be switched on and off as required.

Your benefits
- Even suction: every extraction point is supplied properly.
- Several points at once: ideal for central vacuum systems.
- Robust build: for continuous industrial use.
- Retrofittable: easy to integrate into existing systems.

Custom-built by RATEC
We design suction manifolds to match your extraction points and, upon request, provide the complete extraction system, from consultation to commissioning. We manufacture at our own plant in Carinthia, certified according to ISO 9001, EN 1090-1, and ISO 3834-2.
